Heather has had an article accepted for the November edition of Music Teacher Magazine: The Recorder: It’s seriously fun!

She argues the case for keeping the recorder as a developmental instrument after experiences with First Access instruments.

The ukulele is becoming popular and has the same note range as the descant recorder.  So why not combine the two for duets in strings and wind?
